100+ Cartridge Blog Hop

Hey guys,
Welcome to my creative space and welcome to Erica's 100+ cartridge blog hop.  If you just stumbled upon my blog, go back to Erica's Blog to begin the hop...If you got here from Mayra's Blog, you're in the right place. My feature cartridges are Martha Stewart All Occasions and Destinations I"ve used a little bit of stuff from other carts as well, but I'll first point out the MS and Destinations cuts...

My first project is a scrapbook page from a trip I made a few years ago. When going through all my pictures I realized that I could do pages upon pages, but I needed to get this done, so I only did this one, and it's quite basic....I'll do more later for sure...I got totally into this. :) I of course used the Destinations cartridge.

Most cuts were made at 3" however the "The Space Needle" word cut was made at 2" The Blue cardstock is ColorBok, I don't know what kind of paper the silhouette of the space needle is cut out of, it was in a pack of scraps I got at a Habitat for Humanity Home Store. The background paper is Deja Views "Cat's Life" collection.

Here's a close up of the Space Needle image, I took a picture I had taken of the Needle, placed the cut-out image of the Needle from the cartridge over it(it fit PERFECTLY!) and then off-set the die-cut on the paper that I cut the image to frame my picture on. I love how it turned out in person, this picture just doesn't do it justice...
This photo is just an amazing photo in general, my friend and I had dinner in the Space Needle & I was taking a pic of the view out the window. I got his reflection in the picture...One of my fav pictures from that entire trip...worthy of posting in the layout for sure...
The Pikes Place Market in Seattle. Border around pic cut at 3"
Space Needle cut at 2"

The next project is to Showcase the Martha Stewart All Occasions Cake Art Cartridge. I used a few other carts as well. It is my perpetual flower garden :)

I used peet pots & painted them. Then I used styrofoam balls & painted those. I stamped the pots with various stamps(I don't recall what brands I used) All the cricut cuts were 2.25 height and the width varied width depending on the image. I used the main image with a cricut marker and then cut the shadow image to get the outline as a cut. I then colored them in with my brush pens.
The cuts are as follows:
Martha Stewart All Occasions: (shadows occur with shift button)
pg 44 butterfly
pg 50 paisly
pg 60 lollipop flower
pg 64 dragonfly

Stretch Your Imagination:
pg 66 Caterpillar
pg 69 Watering Can
pg 79 Paisley

50 States
pg 45 New York(rose)

Cindy Loo
pg 62 Squirrel

Sentimentals
pg 49 swallow w/envelope

There are a couple other cuts but I can't remember what they are...I'll try to come back & update what they are...
Thank you for stopping by....your next stop should be Misty's Blog. Make sure you continue to the end because Erica is going to be giving away blog candy!!!
